Bio:
I have lived and worked in Hull and across the Humber area for 40 years, within the public sector and with a range of academic organisations, including schools and the Humber Local Economic Partnership. During that time I have been involved in a number of projects at all levels from early years to higher education, such as the Sure Start and Yorkshire and Humber East Lifelong Learning Network.

I have also been a Director and Trustee of several community organisations that have supported learning and skills development in Hull, such as the Learning Shop and Read it Together. Due to this experience I have project, financial and resource management skills. In my leisure time I belong to a community theatre group and I am still a Trust
